Why did I create a blog?
I know this is the typical question everyone is going to ask. It's the question I've been asking myself. So, why did I create this blog?
If there's one thing you should know about me right off the bat, I love seeing others succeed and achieve their goals/dreams.
I know personally I have big goals and dreams, but many times we (including myself) love to make excuses on why we shouldn't do this or that. Maybe it's a bit risky. Maybe it's a little scary. Maybe you fear rejection, failure, or change. Whatever the case, I wanted a place where I could share MY JOURNEY...the ups, downs, successes, failures, and all the craziness my life entails with others to encourage readers to take steps forwards in THEIR JOURNEY.
Here is a place where I will be open and honest about the steps I'm taking each day to move forward in my life, share the truth about mistakes I will make along the way, and be transparent and honest with anyone who wants to follow along.
Also, being the spunky, communications major that I am, I knew I needed a place to share the five million things running through my head. From starting a PR program and chapter with my professor (who has become my best friend) to sharing all the incredible things I'm learning from my travels, events, professionals and experiences, who knows where this blog will go. My journey is just beginning...but no one controls your journey but you.
Each day is so important in your story. You can choose to move forward, or you can choose to stand still. So now I leave you with a question...how will you make the most of your day?
